  • Please fill out the Release Form and bring the form with you to your appointment.

  • I WILL NOT FORCE ANY SERVICE THAT WILL CAUSE TOO MUCH STRESS TO YOUR PET, DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS.

  • I will be assessing your dog/cat's fur/hair condition at the time of drop off. So that I am able to quote you with accurate pricing before I start.

  • If fleas and/or ticks are found on your pet, there will be an additional $8 for the fleas and tick shampoo.

  • Removing/brushing undercoat and matted fur is hard on your dog's skin and may cause redness or pain. We may refuse to untangle extremely matted fur and recommend to shave instead.

  • Please call us at least a day before to cancel your appointment. 

  • Grooming Areas and Stations will be sanitized after each service. Happy Paws 808 will be equipped with PPE (Hand Sanitizer station for clients, masks, and gloves during services.)

  • We will be offering curbside pick-ups and drop-offs at this time.
