happy paws 808 Policy

  • Please fill out the Release Form and bring the form with you to your appointment.

  • I WILL NOT FORCE ANY SERVICES THAT WILL CAUSE TOO MUCH STRESS TO YOUR PET, DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS.

  • I will be assessing your pet's fur/hair condition at the time of drop-off so that I am able to quote you with accurate pricing before I start.

  • If fleas and/or ticks are found on your pet, there will be an additional $10 for the fleas and tick shampoo. However, if multiple fleas are found, for sanitary reasons, I would ask you to come pick up your pet right away.

  • Removing/brushing undercoat and matted fur is hard on your dog's skin and may cause redness or pain. We may refuse to untangle extremely matted fur and recommend shaving instead. (Dematting will be an additional $10-$25)

  • Please call or text us at least a day before to cancel your appointment. 

  • Grooming Areas and Stations will be sanitized after each service. Happy Paws 808 will be equipped with PPE (Hand Sanitizer, masks, and gloves during services.) to protect myself and your pets.

  • We only do curbside pick-ups and drop-offs at this time.  

  • PAYMENTS can be done by Cash, VENMO, or Major credit/debit cards. (fees apply to Venmo and card payments)
