Please fill out the Release Form and bring the form with you to your appointment.

I WILL NOT FORCE ANY SERVICE THAT WILL CAUSE TOO MUCH STRESS TO YOUR PET, DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS.

I will be assessing your dog/cat's fur/hair condition at the time of drop off. So that I am able to quote you with accurate pricing before I start.

If fleas and/or ticks are found on your pet, there will be an additional $8 for the fleas and tick shampoo.

Removing/brushing undercoat and matted fur is hard on your dog's skin and may cause redness or pain. We may refuse to untangle extremely matted fur and recommend to shave instead.

Please call us at least a day before to cancel your appointment.

Grooming Areas and Stations will be sanitized after each service. Happy Paws 808 will be equipped with PPE (Hand Sanitizer station for clients, masks, and gloves during services.)

We will be offering curbside pick-ups and drop-offs at this time.
